The first location outside Mexico of La Once Mil, the Mexico City taquería that won a Michelin star in the 2026 Mexico guide, opened with Sara Aznar and Nacho Ventosa of Los 33. The room is by architect Jon Albistur and the menu adds dishes created for Madrid.
