A kappo counter upstairs and a bar for Japanese spirits downstairs on the Shirakawa canal in Gion, from Atona, the luxury ryokan brand Hyatt is building with Kiraku. It opens ahead of the brand's first ryokan, with art direction by Kenya Hara and interiors by NOMURA.
