The sushi counter inside HANAMIYA HOTEL, a six-room boutique hotel on the Kamo River, and the third restaurant from the team behind Kyoto Saeki. Chef Takashi Taniguchi, head of Kyoto Saeki since 2018, serves lunch and dinner omakase, with riverside kawadoko-style seating planned from May to early October.
