A city plan review filed by Stellapirelli LLC shows a restaurant called Linea for 465 Fifth Avenue South, and signs point to Campagna Hospitality Group, the team behind Osteria Tulia, Bar Tulia and Tulia Italian Steak. It would be the group's fifth Naples restaurant, across the street from Osteria Tulia.
