The first solo restaurant from Swiss-born chef Luc Liebster, a Pujol alumnus, set inside El Cortés, a 15-room Relais and Châteaux hotel in a 1915 Roma Norte mansion. The menu reworks European classics from his Swiss upbringing with produce grown near the city, and it is listed in the Michelin Guide Mexico 2026.
