Rome's seafood institution, founded in 1955 near Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, has reopened after a long pause in a new home on Via Savoia under the founders' grandson. Chef Vincenzo Loffredo, trained at Il Tino and with Pierluigi Gallo, pairs the house classics like the Gran Crudo with newer dishes.
