Enrico Bartolini's first Rome restaurant, made with Allianz Italia on the sixth floor of Palazzo Marignoli, with a 1,500 square meter terrace over the city. Chef Juan Camilo Quintero, who won a Michelin star at Il Poggio Rosso in Tuscany, runs the kitchen, and the Michelin Guide added it in September 2026.
