The fourth Brothers Sushi, Mark Okuda's dry-aged fish sushi house that began in Woodland Hills, now on South Beverly Drive in the former Sushi Kiyono space. Chef Mori Kanamaru, an Asanebo and Jinpachi alumnus who ran the Santa Monica counter, serves omakase and à la carte.
