The R&B Sports Center is a private, invitation-only athletic and community campus planned for 2995 Greenbriar Boulevard in Wellington, Florida, on the site of a former preschool, a 2-story building that broke ground in December 2026 and is set to finish in 2028.
Founded by tennis professionals Betsy McCormack and coach Rodrigo Nascimento, the roughly 26,700-square-foot Greenbriar campus is built around a youth-mentorship mission, blending indoor and outdoor tennis and padel courts with martial arts, skate ramps and a pump track, a rehabilitation-and-wellness pool, a music recording studio, and a cafe, serving a membership of about 200.
Only at zoning stage, PZA board approved master-plan amendment 5-1 on Jun 17, 2026; still needs Council + site-plan review, so not under construction. Completion targeted 2028.
