1040 S Miami is a proposed 80-story, 945-foot supertall mixed-use tower in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, developed by a joint venture of Prosper Group and Forte Development. Designed by ODP Architects, the wellness-focused tower features a sculptural hourglass massing wrapped in a structural exoskeleton and combines condominium residences, hotel and condo-hotel keys, and ground-floor retail. Pursued through Miami-Dade's Rapid Transit Zone (transit-oriented development) program, it rises near the heart of Brickell's transit corridor.
