Guests share the tower's rooftop amenity level, with a pool and meeting space, and sit directly above 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail earmarked for an experiential entertainment tenant. The concept follows developer Tidal Real Estate Partners' earlier Apartments by Bonvoy property, The Ann in Savannah, Georgia.
