1250 West Avenue

1250 West Avenue is a slender waterfront condominium tower planned for the West Avenue bayfront in Miami Beach's South Beach. Developed by a partnership led by Terra alongside JDS Development Group and designed by ODP Architecture and Design, the tower would replace a 1960s bayfront building with roughly 106 expansive residences averaging some 3,500 square feet each. The design pairs full-floor and half-floor layouts with two crowning penthouses featuring private rooftop pools and amenity decks, above ground-floor commercial space. Resort-style amenities including a pool, spa, fitness center, and private lounges bring a new standard of scale and privacy to the South Beach waterfront.
