50 Isle of Venice is a rare micro-boutique tower on the Nurmi Isles, the yacht-lined fingers off Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Planned by Texas-based Claremont Property Company, the eight-story building contains only five residences — most occupying a full floor — ranging from roughly 3,050 to 3,200 square feet, each designed to capture water views in multiple directions. The waterfront setting is the draw: seven private boat slips accommodating vessels up to about 38 feet, direct Intracoastal access, and a resort-style pool and deck reserved for a handful of owners. Floor-through layouts, private elevator entry and expansive terraces give the project the feel of a single-family estate stacked on one of the region's most coveted deep-water isles.
