700 North Miami Avenue is a three-tower mixed-use development rising on one of the last undeveloped parcels in Downtown Miami's Worldcenter district, where sitework began in July 2026 after more than four years of planning. Designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and built in three phases, the project will bring towers of 50, 51, and 53 stories. The first tower reaches 600 feet with 894 residences, 17,367 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a nine-story parking garage. At full buildout across all three phases, the venture will hold 2,346 residential units, more than 30,000 square feet of commercial space, and 2,078 parking spaces spanning roughly 167,237 square feet. Developed by Witkoff Group and Monroe Capital, which secured more than $300 million in financing and purchased the five-acre site for $94 million in 2021, the project is under construction with Coastal Construction as general contractor; a timeline for the second and third towers has not been disclosed.
