700 North Miami Avenue is a three-tower residential development planned for the former Miami Arena site in downtown Miami, one of the last large undeveloped parcels near the Miami Worldcenter district and MiamiCentral station. Witkoff and Monroe Capital are developing it to designs by Kobi Karp, with towers rising roughly 50, 51 and 53 stories over ground-floor retail and structured parking. The first phase carries about 894 apartments, some 17,000 square feet of retail and a nine-story garage, built by Coastal Construction, with the remaining towers following as the market allows. The arena that once stood here was cleared long ago and the land has sat vacant since.
