Aaradhya Avaan

Aaradhya Avaan is a twin-tower ultra-luxury residential development by Man Infraconstruction Limited on a compact 1.75-acre plot in Old Chikalwadi, Tardeo, in the dense heart of South Mumbai. Designed by Hafeez Contractor, the scheme pairs Oceano, an 80-storey tower reaching roughly 307 metres, with Serano at 77 storeys and about 295 metres, making the taller of the two among the loftiest residential structures in India. The slim, sculpted profiles are engineered to lift living floors clear of the surrounding low-rise fabric, opening uninterrupted sightlines across the Arabian Sea, the Queen's Necklace sweep of Marine Drive, and the green expanse of Mahalaxmi Racecourse. Residences run to three-, four- and five-bedroom layouts with carpet areas from roughly 1,300 to 3,282 square feet, arranged with few homes per floor for privacy. More than 55 curated amenities fill the podium and sky levels, among them an ocean-facing infinity pool, a UFC-branded gym, a hammam and spa suite, a private theatre, a bowling alley, a sports lounge, and a sequence of themed gardens.
