Palais Royale

Palais Royale is a landmark residential supertall in Worli, central Mumbai, India, rising roughly 1,050 feet as one of the tallest buildings in the country. Now steered by Pune-based Honest Shelters, which acquired the long-stalled tower at auction, the project holds 162 apartments ranging from about 4,000 to 8,000 square feet, with three, four and five bedroom layouts, floor-to-ceiling glazing and sweeping views of the Arabian Sea and the Mumbai skyline. Amenities include a private cinema, spa, sky gardens, multiple swimming pools and a cricket pitch, and the tower was the first residential building in India to earn LEED Platinum pre-certification.
