The Ritz-Carlton, Mumbai marks the luxury brand's first property in India's financial capital, taking over the 52-storey northern tower of the Three Sixty West complex on Dr Annie Besant Road in Worli, a short distance inland from the Arabian Sea and the sweep of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. The tower is part of a mixed-use development by Oasis Realty, a joint venture of Oberoi Realty and the Sahana Group, with architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox, whose paired sculptural forms give the complex an unmistakable silhouette on the Worli skyline. The hotel programme layers fine-dining restaurants, a sea-view bar, an expansive spa and wellness floor, and large banqueting and event venues beneath guest floors angled to capture water and city panoramas. Ritz-Carlton service extends into the neighbouring residential tower, where owners draw on the hotel's concierge, housekeeping and dining operations, knitting the two towers into a single serviced address.
