Alta Bayshore

Alta Bayshore is a boutique waterfront condominium planned by Alta Developers for a 0.8-acre parcel on North Bayshore Drive in North Miami, a tear-down that replaces the shuttered Mid Bay Club Apartments that have occupied the site. Revuelta Architecture International wraps the 22-story tower in continuous curving balcony bands and floor-to-ceiling glass, a soft-edged silhouette that turns toward Biscayne Bay and the canal-laced Keystone Islands neighborhood immediately inland. The 96 residences are scaled unusually generously for a building of this height, running roughly 1,482 to 2,345 square feet with layouts the developer pitches as a single-family-home experience stacked vertically, and interiors are by Kyiv-founded studio YODEZEEN. A landscaped amenity podium lifts the pool deck and social spaces above the street, and the low-rise residential fabric surrounding the parcel leaves the upper floors with long open water views south across the bay toward the Miami skyline.
