SoLé Mia occupies 184 acres between Biscayne Boulevard and Oleta River State Park in North Miami, a joint venture of Aventura-based Turnberry Associates and New York's LeFrak that is entitled for roughly 4,390 residences and 1.5 million square feet of commercial space. Its defining amenity is a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon, the first of its kind in Florida, ringed by white-sand beach and flanked by seven miles of walking and cycling trails. The masterplan is deliberately mixed: residential towers and low-rise rental neighborhoods sit alongside the Reserve Padel club, a dog park, a children's playground, chef-driven retail and dining, a 363,000-square-foot UHealth outpatient medical campus operated by the University of Miami, and Mater Academy SoLé Mia, a K-5 charter school. The community delivers in phases over many years rather than as a single completion, with roughly a thousand homes already occupied and several thousand more planned across future parcels. Turnberry's ONE Park Tower, a curved glass condominium overlooking the lagoon, anchors the first for-sale phase.
