About the project

Amansamar is Aman's first resort and branded-residence community in Saudi Arabia, set against desert cliffs in the Wadi Safar district of Diriyah, near Riyadh and the At-Turaif UNESCO World Heritage Site. Developed by Diriyah Company, it pairs an 80-key Aman hotel with a small collection of villas and private estates on plots starting at 9,000 square metres, designed by Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston as a refined reading of Najdi architecture in Aman's minimalist register. Residents and guests share an Aman Spa with hammam and banya, hydrotherapy suites, multiple pools, a Racquet Club and curated dining. The community sits alongside a Greg Norman-designed championship golf course and the Royal Diriyah Equestrian and Polo Club, with owners invited into the global Aman Club.
