Manazel Al Hadawi

Manazel AlHadawi is the first residential release within the Media and Innovation District of Diriyah Gate, the heritage-led giga-project by Diriyah Company on the northwestern edge of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the company's first fully in-house residential development. The low-rise community gathers 239 homes across buildings of four to five floors, with a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses ranging from about 59 to 290 square metres. Its architecture draws on Najdi tradition, with warm earthen materials, shaded courtyards, softly linked pathways and framed outdoor spaces echoing the mud-brick vernacular of the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif district nearby. Residents share indoor and outdoor lounges, swimming pools, a wellness area and gym, with curated retail and dining close at hand, while the setting overlooks the greenery of Wadi Hanifah and sits within walking distance of Diriyah's cultural venues, restaurants and metro access. BEC Arabia Contracting Company holds the contract for the AlHadawi plots, and prices were launched from SAR 1.6 million.
