Manazel Al Hadawi

Manazel Al Hadawi is the first residential release within the Media & Innovation District of Diriyah, Saudi Arabia's $63.2-billion heritage-led masterplan on the northwestern edge of Riyadh. Set across a 76,000-square-metre site overlooking the greenery of Wadi Hanifah, the low-rise quarter gathers 239 branded homes — from studio apartments to two- and three-bedroom houses and four-bedroom duplexes — in buildings of four to five storeys scaled for privacy and neighbourly intimacy. The architecture marries Italian refinement with Najd-inspired detailing, celebrating the mud-brick vernacular and shaded courtyards of the surrounding UNESCO-listed district while delivering contemporary interiors, landscaped walkways and community amenities within walking distance of Diriyah's cultural and dining destinations.
