Anantara Miami Resort and Residences is a fifty-story, 650-foot luxury tower rising at 3601 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, at the crossroads of the Design District and Wynwood. Developed by One Thousand Group in partnership with Minor Hotels, it marks the debut of the Thailand-born Anantara brand in the United States. The mixed-use tower pairs 100 private branded condominiums and 120 resort residences with a 50-suite five-star boutique hotel, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with ODP Architecture and Design and interiors by Patricia Urquiola, anchored by a private rooftop helipad and a wellness program centered on vitality and longevity.
