The mixed-use tower pairs 100 private branded condominiums and 120 resort residences with a 50-suite five-star boutique hotel, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox with ODP Architecture and Design and interiors by Patricia Urquiola, anchored by a private rooftop helipad and a wellness program centered on vitality and longevity.
