Andia by Bosa

Andia by Bosa is a 40-story luxury condominium tower planned for 1160 9th Avenue at the edge of downtown San Diego's Cortez Hill, Core District and East Village. Developed by Bosa Development, it marks the first new for-sale luxury high-rise in downtown San Diego since 2019, offering close to 400 residences in a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts emphasizing light, airy interiors and flexible floor plans. Sales are underway, with the project positioned as a more attainable entry into Bosa's downtown portfolio.
