Rising roughly 410 feet, the sleek glass high-rise is planned with 211 for-sale residences above ground-floor retail, on one of the last remaining development parcels near San Diego Bay, the San Diego Convention Center, the Gaslamp Quarter and the revitalized Children's Park. Bosa, the Vancouver-based builder behind much of downtown San Diego's modern high-rise skyline, has described it as a sleek, beautiful tower, and it would rank among the tallest new residential buildings in the neighborhood. The project remains in the City of San Diego's development review pipeline.
