Atavia is a private, gated collection of 88 luxury for-sale condominiums rising within the One Scottsdale corridor at Loop 101 and Scottsdale Road in North Scottsdale. Designed by architecture firm KTGY, the low-density community spreads across 14 four-story buildings and offers two-, three- and four-bedroom residences. Its centerpiece is a clubhouse inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright's nearby Taliesin West, complemented by resort-style amenities and lock-and-leave convenience in one of the Valley's most connected luxury submarkets.
