Optima McDowell Mountain Village is a roughly $1 billion luxury residential community spread across 22 acres at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and the Loop 101 in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Developed and designed by Optima's David Hovey Sr. and David Hovey Jr., the master plan comprises six eight-story apartment and condominium buildings totaling 1,330 residences plus 36,000 square feet of commercial and retail space. Each building showcases Optima's signature indoor-outdoor architecture and lush vertical-landscape façades, crowned by resort-style rooftop sky decks with lap pools, running tracks, spas, and mountain-view lounges set against the McDowell Mountains.
