The Parque

The Parque is a roughly $1 billion mixed-use redevelopment of the ~28-acre former CrackerJax site on Scottsdale Road in North Scottsdale. Master-planned as a walkable urban village around a shaded 1.7-acre central park, it pairs mid-rise condominiums and apartments — about 1,182 homes — above street-level boutiques with a 223-room five-star hotel, tech-ready offices and roughly 250,000 square feet of restaurants and shops. The plan emphasizes biophilic design, generous shade and pedestrian connectivity, reimagining a long-fenced parcel as a live-work-play destination for the Valley.
