The Parque

The Parque is a roughly $1 billion mixed-use village on the 28-acre former CrackerJax site at 16001 N. Scottsdale Road in North Scottsdale, Arizona. Developed by FalconEye Ventures, the investment firm of CrowdStrike founder George Kurtz, and designed by Nelsen Partners, the master plan arranges 12 buildings of one to ten stories around a shaded central park. About 1,182 condominiums and apartments sit above street-level boutiques and restaurants, joined by a 223-room five-star hotel, tech-ready offices and roughly 250,000 square feet of dining and retail. The first phase pairs an 89-unit apartment building and a 70-residence condominium over shops with four freestanding restaurant pads, a plaza and paseo, and a landscaped park with an event lawn. Biophilic design, deep shade and walkable connections define the plan, turning a long-fenced parcel near Kierland into a live, work and play district for the Valley.
