Bridgestone Arena

Bridgestone Arena is undergoing Broadway 2030, a phased transformation of the downtown Nashville venue at 501 Broadway on Lower Broadway, in the heart of the city's SoBro entertainment district. Designed by Populous for the Nashville Predators, the expansion adds roughly 175,000 square feet to the home of the NHL franchise, replacing much of the concrete facade with open-air concourses, floor-to-ceiling glass and large LED displays, including an outdoor LED canopy inspired by Las Vegas' Fremont Street. A new south entrance on Demonbreun Street brings escalators to all four public levels, while about 75,000 square feet of shops and restaurants line the Demonbreun frontage. New club spaces, widened concourses, more concessions and a 60,000-square-foot rooftop bar at the 300 level, billed as the largest rooftop on Broadway, round out a program staged across hockey off-seasons so games and concerts continue uninterrupted.
