Official WebsiteChalet Alpina is an ultra-luxury resort and residential project at the base of Aspen Mountain, conceived as the centerpiece of a long-awaited revival of the historic Lift One corridor — effectively a second base area for the mountain. Developed by Los Angeles-based Irongate Group with Aspen's HayMax (the firm behind the Michelin Key-rated MOLLIE Aspen), it features architecture by Guerin Glass Architects and interiors by Martin Brudnizki, whose studio shaped London's Annabel's and Miami's Soho Beach House. The plan delivers 32 residences alongside spa and wellness facilities, multiple restaurants and private parking, and restores the two historic Skiers Chalet buildings — one reborn as a restaurant, the other as Aspen's new ski museum. A new telemix lift combining chairs and gondola cabins, new public park space and pedestrian connections into downtown round out a project that reconnects skiers to the mountain's founding corridor.
