The mixed-use project revitalizes the original base of Aspen Mountain as a vibrant 'second base area,' pairing a boutique hotel and 32 luxury residences with a new telemix lift that combines chairs and a gondola, a full-service spa, and signature restaurants. Its design carefully preserves and incorporates two historic Skiers Chalet buildings, blending Aspen's alpine heritage with contemporary mountain luxury and direct access to the slopes at one of North America's most iconic ski destinations.
