Cove Miami, marketed as The Cove Residences, A Waterfront Collection, is a 40-story luxury condominium tower at 456 NE 29th Street on the Biscayne Bay waterfront in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, immediately north of Downtown Miami and minutes from the Design District, Wynwood, Midtown and the causeways to Miami Beach. Developed by SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group, designed by Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design with Dieguez Fridman Architects, and built by Kaufman Lynn Construction, the roughly 450,000-square-foot tower holds 134 one- to four-bedroom residences wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, with expansive wraparound terraces and interiors finished in natural stone, wood and other tactile materials that carry the bayfront setting indoors. Amenities face the water and include a waterfront infinity pool, a fitness center with wellness and treatment suites, shared work lounges, a game and billiards room, a private theater, a premium healthcare concierge, on-demand car sharing, and a private dock that gives the building rare direct access to Biscayne Bay.
