About the project

The Cove Residences is a 40-story bayfront condominium tower in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, developed by SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group with architecture by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design and Dieguez Fridman Architects. The tower delivers 134 one- to four-bedroom residences with floor-to-ceiling glass, wraparound terraces, and interiors centered on natural materials and indoor-outdoor living, framed by direct Biscayne Bay views. General contractor Kaufman Lynn Construction is building the project, which broke ground in March 2026 and is targeting completion in 2028.
