Following the same wellness-driven approach as the team's earlier project The Lanes, DELUX WeHo prioritizes natural light, livability, and intentional living over scale. Residences range from approximately 500 to 1,500 square feet across studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, including loft-style floor plans that separate living and private spaces, with oversized windows and private balconies throughout. Wellness and recovery amenities include a saltwater pool, two red light saunas, a cold plunge, a dedicated recovery studio, and a Technogym fitness center. The property also features 5,000 square feet of street-level retail and sits within two blocks of Soho House Nashville, Michelin-starred Bastion, Hermès Nashville, and Pastis.
