The 110-room hotel sits high enough to command panoramic views over Tokyo Bay, the Otemachi financial core, and, on clear days, Mount Fuji. Its organising idea is a landscaped elevated garden the developers call Sky Hill, conceived as an oasis of tranquillity within one of the densest business districts in the world, where guests move between planted terraces and interior spaces designed to register the changing seasons. The property joins a portfolio built on singular, deeply local grand hotels rather than a repeated template, and is intended to read as distinctly Japanese in materials, craft, and hospitality while carrying the group's standard of service.
