Faena Residences Miami is a two-tower ultra-luxury condominium rising along the Miami River at 90 SW 3rd Street in downtown Miami's emerging Faena River District. Designed by Rafael Vinoly Architects with interiors by Bryan O'Sullivan and landscaping by Sasaki, the twin towers are joined by a dramatic elevated Sky Bridge housing the Faena Club, a cultural and wellness sanctuary with a theater, spa, infinity pool, fitness center, private dining and a dedicated Faena Rose members space. Developed by Fortune International Group and KAR Properties in partnership with Argentine hospitality visionary Alan Faena, the 440-residence project marks the Faena brand's first standalone residential development.
