Developed by Storied Development in partnership with Wheelock Street Capital, it is anchored by an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole short course, the first original designs from acclaimed architect Andrew Green, known for restoring Inverness, East Lake and Oak Hill. About 400 single-family homesites are woven across rolling former farmland alongside a clubhouse, fitness center, family club, adult and family pools, a bowling alley, golf simulators, and a racquet club with tennis, padel and indoor pickleball.
