Hangzhou Prism is a roughly 43,000-square-meter mixed-use landmark designed by OMA for Xinhu Real Estate Group in the Future Sci-Tech City district of Hangzhou. Rising about 106 meters, the single sculptural volume is defined by two large diagonal cuts that slice through the building, generating dramatic cascading terraces, angular glazed facades, and a rhythm of projecting cubic balconies. Inside, the tower consolidates a hotel, private residences, offices, and retail into one vertically layered destination, with the carved openings bringing light, greenery, and shared outdoor rooms deep into the plan. The result is a crystalline civic marker for one of Hangzhou's fastest-developing innovation districts.
