House by Shigeru Ban is a 12-story biophilic luxury condominium in Miami's Upper Buena Vista neighborhood, the first Florida residential project by Pritzker Prize-winning Japanese architect Shigeru Ban. Developed by Yakol Capital Partners with ODP Architects as architect of record, the tower channels Ban's signature warmth and craft through natural materials, timber detailing, and a lush, plant-woven facade that blurs the line between architecture and landscape. Its 320 residences range from one to four bedrooms and wrap a resort-caliber amenity program that includes indoor padel courts, a rooftop pool, landscaped gardens, and curated ground-floor retail. Interiors and the sales gallery draw on Italian furnishing group Dexelance, reinforcing a design-forward urban sanctuary in one of Miami's most walkable, boutique-lined districts.
