House by Shigeru Ban is a 12-story biophilic luxury condominium in Miami's Upper Buena Vista, near the Design District, at 237 NE 54th Street. Developed by Yakol Capital and designed by Pritzker Prize laureate Shigeru Ban — his first residential project in Florida — the building wraps roughly 320 residences in a sculptural, setback-terraced facade defined by signature timber 'tree columns,' water walls and a central courtyard.
