HQ Residences Miami is a 35-story branded condominium tower rising in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood, the first-ever residential project from HQ Hotels & Residences by sbe, the hospitality brand founded by Sam Nazarian in partnership with Marc Anthony. Developed by Black Salmon, The Boschetti Group, and Constellation Group and designed by Arquitectonica, the tower is defined by a sculptural diagrid facade wrapped in cascading greenery by landscape architect Enzo Enea, with interiors by DesignAgency and Craft. Its 229 residences and eight penthouses open onto a full wellness level curated by The Well, a resort-style pool deck, and hospitality-driven dining.
