Kvartet is a four-tower residential complex at Rakuševa ulica 33 in Ljubljana's Šiška district, about three kilometers north of the city center, developed by Corwin and designed by OFIS arhitekti under Špela Videčnik on a 6,481-square-meter site that had sat neglected. Its four 54-meter towers of 15 floors each hold 221 apartments from one- to four-room layouts starting at about 44 square meters, ten standard floors topped by five above-standard floors with higher ceilings and terraces, most with loggias and dual orientation, and 34 units for residents with reduced mobility. The scheme totals 33,720 square meters of gross floor area with about 10,000 square meters of green roofs, terraced upper floors planted to echo the Alpine skyline, and 272 trees in the landscaping. It sits beside Park Šiška's stadium, running track and sports courts, next to a shopping center, and within reach of Tivoli Park. The complex was completed in summer 2023, with only a few apartments remaining for sale.
