Le Graal Cortina reimagines a 1920s palazzo at Via Marconi 2 in the center of Cortina d'Ampezzo, in Italy's Dolomites. Roman designer Achille Salvagni has reworked the building into 30 rooms, 13 of them suites, with direct access to the ski terrain and the historic town center. Le Monsù, the signature restaurant, is led by chef Giovanni Guarneri of Ristorante Don Camillo in Ortigia, alongside the all-day Le Café and Le Graal Bar. The Le Graal Spa adds an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, plunge pool, cryotherapy and a private spa suite with a fireplace. The hotel is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
