Legacy Golf Club at Diamante

Legacy Golf Club is an ultra-exclusive private golf and recreation club within Diamante Cabo San Lucas, the 1,500-acre oceanfront master-planned community on Baja's Pacific coast. Anchored by the new Legacy Course — an 18-hole championship layout by TGR Design that marks Tiger Woods' third course at Diamante, after El Cardonal and the Oasis Short Course — the club is limited by invitation to just 250 families. Conceived as "an oasis in the desert," the Legacy Course carries what the developer calls the most extensive array of water features ever designed into a golf course in Mexico: five lakes, flowing streams, cascades, and waterfalls crafted by course designers Cook and Solis, framed by dense tropical landscaping and grand white sand bunkers, with the entire property ringed by a landscaped man-made dune for privacy. The golf is supported by a 16-acre practice facility, The Start House (pro shop, indoor-outdoor dining, and a rooftop terrace over the first tee), The Outpost / Fish Camp, on-course comfort stations, and a forthcoming clubhouse complex with pools, dining, and wellness. Membership is a vertical, multi-generational structure available only to owners in Legacy Club, Diamante's owner-exclusive residential enclave, with initiation set at $300,000 and estimated annual dues of roughly $60,000. Members access Diamante's full golf program — the world top-100 Dunes Course by Davis Love III, El Cardonal, the Oasis Short Course, and the Dunes Putting Course — plus the Beach Club (targeted for Q4 2026) and The Playground wellness hub (Phase I slated for Q3 2027). Legacy Club residences range from Legacy Gardens (from under $2.05 million) and Legacy Highlands homesites (from under $2.45 million) to Legacy Villas (from under $4.25 million), limited-release Legacy Founder Estates on one-acre golf-club homesites, and just ten Legacy Estates at the community's highest elevation.
