Soho House Los Cabos, officially Soho Beach House Los Cabos, is the members' club's first beach house in Mexico, set on 200 meters of private oceanfront at Cabo del Sol on the Los Cabos corridor where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific, with 45 residences and 15 hotel keys, set to finish in November 2026.
Designed by Sordo Madaleno and developed with FIBRA SOMA, the house has 15 bedrooms across 12 Casas and three Casonas, a Beach Club, a Cecconi's Costiera restaurant, a Sunset and Cabaret Bar, a 50-meter pool and a full Soho Health Club. It also debuts Soho Residences, the brand's first residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom casonas.
Opening Nov 2026 in Cabo del Sol with pre-opening PR underway; 15 bedrooms (12 Casas + 3 Casonas) plus Soho Residences.
