Sharing a 33-acre clifftop and beachfront site with roughly 1,200 feet of shoreline alongside a 120-room St. Regis resort hotel, the collection spans oceanview condominiums and penthouses, direct-oceanfront villas and a signature Astor Villa, with condominiums priced from about $4.5 million and villas from about $13.5 million. Developed by Olarena Hospitality Group with Pueblo Bonito Group, the project is designed by SB Architects and Gomez Vazquez International, with land planning by EDSA and interiors for both the hotel and the residences by Hirsch Bedner Associates. Owners receive signature St. Regis butler service and access to the resort's dining venues, pools, spa and secluded white-sand beach, plus optional membership at the oceanfront Quivira Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus signature course that makes this one of the most complete branded residential addresses in Los Cabos.
