About the project

The Residences at The St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira is a 74-residence oceanfront collection co-located with a 120-room St. Regis-branded hotel on a 33-acre site with 1,200 feet of Pacific beachfront, set within the 1,850-acre Quivira Los Cabos master-planned community on the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula. The residential program covers three- and four-bedroom oceanview condominiums (starting around $3 million), four exclusive oceanview penthouses with private rooftop terraces and plunge pools (extending to over 6,300 interior square feet plus more than 7,000 square feet of exterior terrace), five-bedroom direct-oceanfront villas (6,740 to 6,871 interior square feet, with listings reaching nearly $15 million), and luxury townhomes. Hotel and resort amenities include three dining experiences led by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytan, the largest fitness and wellness center in Los Cabos, seven resort pools (five designed for families), an exclusive beach club, a St. Regis spa, and round-the-clock St. Regis butler service. Residents have direct access to the Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed Quivira Golf Club on the same property — named Golf Inc. and Golf Magazine's "Development of the Year" upon its opening — along with three miles of pristine Pacific beachfront across the broader Quivira community. The project is designed by SB Architects (with offices in San Francisco, Miami, and Hong Kong) and Gomez Vazquez International, with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates and land planning by EDSA. Co-developed by Olarena Hospitality Group (the team behind Hacienda del Mar) and Pueblo Bonito Group / Quivira under Ernesto Coppel, the project operates under license from Marriott International, which manages the St. Regis brand and provides residential staff under the St. Regis service standard. Construction began in January 2020, with delivery anticipated in 2026.
