LILLI

LILLI is a 53-story, roughly 636-foot luxury condominium tower in Miami's Edgewater, rising on the Biscayne Bay waterfront at 717 NE 27th Street just north of Missoni Baia. Developed by Vlad Doronin's OKO Group and designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the sinuous tower holds 117 residences ranging from one-bedroom homes to roughly 7,000-square-foot five-bedroom penthouses. Its amenity program is organized around movement, recovery, nourishment and connection — a waterfront garden, infrared saunas and cold plunge, treatment rooms, a movement studio, a rooftop saltwater pool and an on-site wellness director — framing bay views in one of Miami's most dynamic residential corridors.
