About the project
A new 53-story boutique waterfront condominium from OKO Group rising directly on Biscayne Bay in Miami's Edgewater. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture — the firm behind the Burj Khalifa and Miami's UNA Residences — the project will bring just 117 private one- to four-bedroom residences and penthouses, each with private elevator entry and expansive waterfront views. Sales are officially underway, with residences starting at $1.65 million.
