Live Nation Gasworx

Live Nation Gasworx is a 4,300-capacity live music venue planned for the Gasworx district in Tampa's historic Ybor City, developed by KETTLER alongside Darryl Shaw and PPF Real Estate and operated by Live Nation. Designed by Live Nation's Blueprint Studio with TVS Architecture, the venue draws on Ybor's heritage with a vintage exposed-bulb marquee, brick facade, and second-level balcony, while its theater-inspired interior features a stage proscenium and rich green tones. Positioned on N. 15th Street steps from the 7th Avenue entertainment corridor and a future TECO Streetcar stop, it is designed to fill a gap in Tampa's mid-size music market and anchor the Gasworx neighborhood's cultural core. The project is projected to generate roughly $80 million in economic impact and support more than 400 jobs.
