Meliá Residences Miami marks Meliá Hotels & Resorts' return to Miami and its first hotel-branded residential concept in North America, rising at 1120 SW 3rd Avenue on the western edge of Brickell. Each residence is conceived as a turnkey home — delivered fully furnished and move-in ready — with rooms designed by Concepto Taller de Arquitectura and residential interiors and amenity spaces by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, working in a Mediterranean-inspired palette of natural materials and organic textures that nods to the brand's heritage. The amenity program leans into Meliá's global lifestyle platform: wellness and relaxation spaces, Mediterranean-inspired fitness facilities, pools and outdoor terraces, social lounges, coworking areas, and hospitality-driven resident and guest services. Developed by Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) in partnership with Meliá Hotels & Resorts and Concepto Capital Group, with a $30 million construction loan arranged by Concord Summit Capital.
