The amenity program leans into Meliá's global lifestyle platform: wellness and relaxation spaces, Mediterranean-inspired fitness facilities, pools and outdoor terraces, social lounges, coworking areas, and hospitality-driven resident and guest services. Developed by Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) in partnership with Meliá Hotels & Resorts and Concepto Capital Group, with a $30 million construction loan arranged by Concord Summit Capital.
