Official WebsiteNobu Hotel Madrid is the brand's first hotel in the Spanish capital and its fifth in Spain, set in a transformed office building at 26 Calle Alcalá in the historic Las Cortes district, between Plaza de Cibeles and Puerta del Sol. The intimate property holds 50 guest rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows and interiors of warm wood tones, organic textiles, deep green accents, and layered lighting designed by Studio Caramba, culminating in the top-floor Nobu Suite, a 105-square-meter retreat with a private terrace overlooking the city. At its center is a tri-level Nobu restaurant, bar, and lounge — the debut of Nobu's Japanese-Peruvian dining in Madrid, with a ground-floor lounge, a show-kitchen dining room, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic skyline views, its interiors reimagined by the internationally recognized studio GRONDA under designer Diego Gronda. A dedicated wellness area and Technogym fitness center, Nobu Signature Beds, and BYREDO amenities round out the experience. The hotel opens September 1, 2026, arriving as Madrid draws global attention across gastronomy, fashion, art, and its new Formula 1 weekend.
