About the project

Nobu Hotel Madrid is Nobu Hospitality's first hotel and restaurant in the Spanish capital, a 50-key luxury property with interiors by Studio Caramba. The hotel centers on a tri-level Nobu restaurant, bar and lounge bringing Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's celebrated Japanese-Peruvian cuisine to Madrid, alongside a wellness area and a signature top-floor Nobu Suite with a private terrace. It marks Nobu's fifth property in Spain and a flagship addition to Madrid's luxury hospitality scene.
