Nobu Residences Miami (also marketed as 619 Brickell) is a 75-story luxury condominium tower on the Brickell waterfront in Miami, Florida, developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International and designed by Foster + Partners with Sieger Suarez Architects as architect of record. Nobu's first branded residences in Miami, the tower offers 296 one- to five-bedroom residences above a Nobu restaurant, with more than 90,000 square feet of amenities including four pools, padel courts, and an extensive Nobu-branded wellness program spanning cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV and peptide therapy, and neural rest pods, rising on the bayfront portion of the historic First Miami Presbyterian Church site.
