Developed by a joint venture of Hyperion Development Group, Winter Properties and Silverstein Properties and designed by Miami firm Arquitectonica, the project pairs 371 studio-to-two-bedroom apartments with roughly 25,600 square feet of ground-floor retail, landscaped pedestrian plazas and a 600-plus-space parking garage. Resort-style amenities include a pool and spa deck, fitness center, pickleball court, co-working space and a sports simulator, positioning Ocean One as a placemaking anchor for Boynton Beach's emerging downtown core.
