About the project

The Winsberg at Green Cay is a continuing care retirement community rising on a 15-acre campus at Jog and Flavor Pict roads in west Boynton Beach, Florida, beside Palm Beach County's Green Cay Nature Center and wetlands. Developed by the nonprofit Green Cay Life Plan Village Inc. with co-developers Greenbrier Development and BRP Senior Housing Management, an affiliate of Big Rock Partners, the $380 million life plan community occupies the last fully approved site for this use in Palm Beach County. Its roughly 510,000-square-foot, three-story building holds 220 residences: 189 one- and two-bedroom independent living homes across ten floorplans from about 920 to 2,450 square feet, plus assisted living and memory care suites with on-site nursing for a full continuum of care. Amenities include multiple dining venues, a bar and bistro, fitness center, yoga studio, salon, theater, pickleball court, pool and spa, and an indoor putting green, with direct access to the neighboring wetlands preserve. Moss Construction is general contractor, and Greenbrier Development will manage the community.
