OLIN Palm Beach is an ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium planned along the South End's “Condominium Row” at 2720 and 2730 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, developed by OKO Group and Cain International. Designed by OMA, the project comprises three low-rise, five-story buildings with roughly 41 expansive residences on a 4.9-acre oceanfront site — among the first new-construction condominiums on the island in two decades — offering direct beach access and resort-caliber amenities in one of the most exclusive enclaves in South Florida.
