OLIN Palm Beach

OLIN is an ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium rising on the South End of Palm Beach Island, the first new condominium the town has permitted in more than two decades. Developed by Vladislav Doronin's OKO Group in partnership with Cain International on a rare ocean-to-lagoon parcel along South Ocean Boulevard, the project replaces the former Ambassador Hotel and Edgewater House with three interconnected five-story buildings that respect Palm Beach's storied low-rise character and strict height limit. The residences are designed by OMA, the Pritzker Prize-winning practice founded by Rem Koolhaas, with interiors by AD100 Hall of Fame studio GACHOT, positioning OLIN among the most significant residential commissions of its designers.
